1-Crate Training
Kennel training is a very basic but important concept in dog training and gives your dog the opportunity to find his own home. When training the crate, emphasize that it is a safe place for the dog. This should not be used as a punishment if the dog is naughty.
When crate training, spend as much time as possible at home while your dog is in the crate to get used to it more quickly.
If you look for information on crate training tips online, you’ll find that everyone says that the training crate is the basis of dog damage and reduces its tendency to bark and deal with anxiety problems. There may be other, much better techniques for training a dog.
2-Leash Training
If you are having trouble grooming your dog properly it is extremely important that you complete leash training for him. Lifting the leash allows the dog to achieve a state of calm and control so they can better listen to and respond to your commands – while resisting the urge to get too excited and run out.
Most dogs with leash problems are usually given the freedom to run around and groom their owner. Instead of letting your dog do this to you, sit next to you and wait until you tell him to move on.
The reason is that they will learn to relate the interesting action they take to stopping walking, so they won’t do it again.
