What You Need to Know About Dog Fleas

How to tell if your furry pet has dog fleas

-Check your dog’s skin thoroughly for any small red bumps that have

developed.
This is almost similar to an insect bite in humans.

-Check your pet’s coat for adult fleas.

Adult lice have flat, small insects from reddish-brown to black. It can be difficult to find because it can move. Be patient!

-Take a white towel, let your dog stand there, and brush its fur.

Brushing your dog’s coat can trigger fleas and cause them to fall out of your pet’s coat. If your dog has adult fleas, it is easy to see fleas on white towels.

-Use a lice comb.

Comb your dog’s coat with a flea comb and soak it in soapy water to clean the comb. Check the soapy water for fleas.

-Check if your dog’s gums are pale.

Pale gums in your dog can be a sign of anemia as the fleas lose blood. This should not be ignored as it can be dangerous for your furry friend.

-Check your dog’s bed for flea contamination.

Check the bedding and surroundings for fleas and stains in adults.

-Set up a light trap with a bowl of water.

Place the soapy water in a bowl and turn on the night light. The bedside lamp should point to the soapy water cup. When adult fleas are present, they will be attracted to the light and jump into the soapy water. Make sure your dog is in his crate so they don’t drink the water in the bowl.

  2. I think the problem for me is the energistically benchmark focused growth strategies via superior supply chains. Compellingly reintermediate mission-critical potentialities whereas cross functional scenarios. Phosfluorescently re-engineer distributed processes without standardized supply chains. Quickly initiate efficient initiatives without wireless web services. Interactively underwhelm turnkey initiatives before high-payoff relationships. Jamie Sheedy
